Due to the flu outbreak and strong recommendations from area health officials, Bishop Stika is directing all parishes in the Diocese of Knoxville to suspend the distribution of “precious blood” at Holy Communion until further notice.
Also, no physical contact should be made in church during the exchange of the sign of peace. We encourage a simple nod or a smile during this time. Thank you!
